Job summary

Skyservice in Dorval, Canada, seeks a Captain to command the Citation CJ1+. You will ensure missions meet the highest safety and service standards from wheels-up to touchdown, operating under the Company Operations Manual and applicable regulations.

Qualified candidates hold a Canadian ATPL and Class 1 Medical, with 2,500+ hours total and 2,000+ hours PIC. CJ1 rating is required; CJ1 experience preferred, with jet, multi-engine, and international flight time highly valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Canadian ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
• Total time of 2,500 hours minimum with 2,000 hours PIC.
• C525 rating required; CJ1 type rating preferred.
• 500+ hours jet time, multi-engine, and international experience.
• Ability to travel and perform under pressure.

The Opportunity

As Captain, you will command the Citation CJ1+ and ensure every mission is executed to the highest safety and service standards. You will operate in accordance with the Company Operations Manual and all applicable regulatory requirements, delivering a seamless, professional experience for passengers from wheels-up to touchdown.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the safe, efficient operation of the CJ1+ and maintain the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight.
• Operate strictly in accordance with the Company Operations Manual and all regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making, leadership, and crew resource management in dynamic environments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Skyservice with professionalism at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence and team collaboration.

What You Bring

• Licensing & Medical: Valid Canadian ATPL and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Flight Time: Minimum 2,500 hours total time and 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command.
• Type/Endorsements: C525 rating required; CJ1 type rating preferred.
• Preferred Experience: 500+ hours jet time, Multi-Engine Rating, and international flying experience.
• Mindset & Mobility: Proven performance as a highly experienced Captain, strong customer service orientation, ability to perform under pressure, and willingness/ability to travel without restriction.
