The Salvation Army in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a temporary full-time Christmas Kettle Scheduler to recruit volunteers and schedule kettle staff. You will support the kettle coordinator, run volunteer orientations, and ensure smooth operations across multiple kettle sites throughout the campaign.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, making outreach calls, and maintaining positive site relations while accurately recording data and processing donation receipts.

The Christmas Kettle Scheduler plays a key role in the success of this annual fundraiser through the recruitment and scheduling of volunteers, as well as supporting the kettle coordinator as needed.
This is a temporary full-time position Some flexibility in scheduling required, some weekend and evening work may be required. The Supervisor will set the hours of work and work schedule. Working environment is typically in the office in generally agreeable conditions. Required to wear appropriate Salvation Army identification This job requires reaching, bending, and stooping frequently, working in a sitting, and standing position for periods of time.
The target hiring range for this position is $17.95 to $22.08 with a maximum of $26.20. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
