Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Chinese Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to support Crimson Education’s growth in the Canadian market. This hybrid role blends marketing creativity with sales execution - ideal for someone who enjoys both storytelling and strategy, who can move seamlessly from creating campaigns to engaging directly with families.

You’ll help strengthen Crimson’s presence among Chinese communities in North America by supporting bilingual marketing initiatives, generating and qualifying leads, and coordinating outreach events that connect with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Create original, high-quality content for WeChat articles, e-books, brochures, advertising copy, case studies, and other marketing materials that communicate our value proposition and engage Chinese-speaking families.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, program guides, service brochures, and customer-facing resources to equip the sales team with compelling messaging, communicate our value proposition, and support client consultations and follow-ups.

  • Digital Marketing & Creative Assets: Design and develop cross-platform digital marketing collateral, including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers, booklets, and campaign assets for WeChat, RED (Xiaohongshu), and other relevant platforms.

  • Content Localization & Storytelling: Develop and localize bilingual marketing assets, including blog posts, brochures, videos, student success stories, and webinar content, ensuring messaging resonates with Chinese-speaking audiences and reflects the Canadian education market.

  • Campaign & Event Support: Coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives, including education expos, seminars, webinars, and school presentations. Develop promotional materials and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

  • Market Research & Content Insights: Monitor Canadian education trends, competitor activities, audience interests, and platform developments to identify relevant content opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

  • Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Track content and campaign performance, analyze engagement and lead-generation metrics, and use insights to optimize content effectiveness and marketing outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Public Relations, or a related field. Relevant experience in marketing or education is an asset.

  • Education System & College Admissions Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Canadian high school education system and the U.S. university admissions process, including application requirements, timelines, academic pathways, and admissions expectations.

  • Language Proficiency: Native Mandarin proficiency and fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Content Writing Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with experience writing WeChat articles and developing marketing content. Experience in public relations is an asset.

  • Digital Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Marketo, and major social media platforms. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

  • Marketing & Customer Engagement: Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes is preferred.

  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

  • Ownership & Execution: Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
