Job summary

Placements24 partners with a Kimberley childcare centre to hire an experienced Childcare Centre Supervisor. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment, and lead a team of childcare staff.

You will implement the curriculum, engage with parents, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering professional development and strong teamwork within the centre.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in childcare, 2+ in supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and early learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare centre to maintain high care and education standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff; conduct performance reviews and development.
• Implement and monitor early learning curriculum aligned with developmental needs.
• Manage parent relations and communicate inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations with regular safety checks.
• Handle administrative tasks including records, scheduling, and resource allocation.
