Placements24 is seeking an Early Years Learning Specialist to provide pedagogical leadership and support to educators in Kimberley, Canada. The role focuses on refining curriculum, implementing innovative teaching strategies, and ensuring developmentally appropriate learning experiences across classrooms.

You will mentor educators, lead curriculum development, and deliver professional development workshops, while staying current with research and trends in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5+ years of early years teaching and leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of curriculum frameworks, child development theories, and assessment methodologies.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive educational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to early years educators on curriculum development and pedagogical approaches.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops for staff on relevant early childhood topics.
• Stay abreast of current research and trends in early childhood education, integrating them into practice.
