Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations supervision or management role, preferably within a multi-site context.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of operational best practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• A relevant qualification or extensive experience in operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational tasks and ensure smooth execution across assigned locations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for process improvements.
• Ensure effective resource management, including equipment and supplies, to support operations.
• Liaise with management and other departments to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues.
