  • ECE or Youth Care Worker certification is considered an asset but is not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide childcare support and supervision for foster children.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and transportation for visits, appointments or outings.
  • Ensure safety, wellbeing and developmental needs of children are met.
  • Collaborate with the foster family to maintain a supportive environment.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Childcare Worker to provide valuable support to foster family.

This dynamic role involves a variety of responsibilities, including childcare, light housekeeping, and providing transportation for family visits, appointments, or community outings. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of the children are met.

We are looking for an individual who is confident, self-motivated, and reliable, with a strong commitment to professionalism and attention to detail. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively, embrace new challenges, and contribute positively to a supportive and caring environment.

**Position Details**

Job Type: 10hrs/week part time

Schedule: Flexible days

**Qualifications**

  • ECE or Youth Care Worker certification is considered an asset but is not required
