Job summary

YWCA of Winnipeg is seeking energetic individuals to join our early childhood team in a part-time role. This position features split shifts before and after school hours, with possible additional hours during school breaks and inservice days. No nights or weekends required.

You will help create a joyful, safe, and enriching environment for children. Applicants should be at least 18, with training or experience with children considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification (we'll help).

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in children's activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe daycare environment.
• Support before- and after-school care in a split shift.
