Job summary

YMCA Winnipeg is hiring an Early Childhood Educator for preschool and school-age programs at Rockwood Kidspace in Winnipeg, MB. This on-site, full-time role involves split shifts within a centre offering both preschool and school-age programming.

Ideal candidates hold Manitoba ECE Level 2/3 or a Child Care Assistant in Training, have experience with young children, First Aid/CPR C, police checks, strong communication, and the ability to complete written documentation.

Qualifications

• Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 or Child Care Assistant in Training (provide proof of enrollment in a qualifying Early Childhood Educator program)
• Experience working with pre-school or school-aged children
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
• Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
