Job summary

The YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is seeking an experienced ECE to step into a leadership role, capable of supervising staff and developing programs that meet children’s needs.

This split-shift position runs through the school year, with straight shifts on inservices and school breaks, and offers growth in a supportive ELCC environment.

Qualifications include Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3, supervisory experience, strong communication and administration skills, First Aid and CPR C, and clear police checks.

Qualifications

• Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3 required.

• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform administration duties and complete written documentation.
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification.
• Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check.
