Job summary

YWCA of Winnipeg is actively seeking a capable supervisor to oversee staff and the day-to-day operations of our childcare programs in Winnipeg. You will lead program development, ensure high-quality interactions with children and families, and uphold ELCC standards with the Y's policies.

Ideal candidates will have ECE Level 2 or 3, proven leadership, and strong communication. The role offers competitive benefits, and a supportive team environment committed to child development and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with infant or preschool children.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform administration duties and complete written documentation.
• Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Registry.
