Job summary

The YMCA-YWCA Winnipeg is seeking a dedicated ECE leader to supervise and guide a staff team across school-year split shifts. You will manage daily operations, design and implement developmentally appropriate programs, and foster strong relationships with children and families.

Candidates will have Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. The role requires First Aid/CPR C, clear background checks, and a commitment to ELCC standards within a busy,

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff
• Experience working with school aged children
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
• Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform administration duties and complete written documentation
