Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support one business unit across the United States and Canada. The role coaches People Managers, shaping talent development, performance and rewards, and operational HR delivery across the colleague lifecycle.

You will align local market perspectives with enterprise-wide HR initiatives, provide insights to CoEs, and lead regional HR program rollout while staying compliant with local laws. Hybrid work from Toronto three days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
• Strong ability to coach People Managers across HR activities.
• Excellent knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to People Managers across HR portfolios.
• Coordinate rollout and delivery of HR programs regionally.
• Consult with CoEs to improve delivery methods and regional nuances.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory obligations are met locally.
• Support organizational restructurings and change initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for candidate profiling and interviews as needed.
