Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management.
• Experience in leading the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board regarding people and culture topics.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
