Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in mortgage lending or financial services; thorough understanding of Ontario’s mortgage regulations, including FSRA; proven success in driving operational efficiencies, implementing scalable systems, and adopting new technology; experience managing underwriting, credit policies, and risk; strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills; and a track record of business growth and operational transformation.
