Job summary

Brandt Truck & Trailers is seeking a VP of Operations to join the senior management team and drive the development and execution of priorities across the division. You will be directly responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining employees, managing finances, market share, and overall performance.

You will lead in a heavy equipment-focused environment, with a requirement for at least 10 years in the Truck and Coach sector and a track record of building motivated teams, implementing

Qualifications

• Experience in the Truck and Coach industry is required.
• Minimum 10 years in senior management within a similar industry.
• Experience in budgeting and financial oversight at divisional level.
• Degree or diploma with business focus is an asset but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and maintain a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, leadership, development, and supervision for branches in the area.
• Create, implement, and achieve annual budgets for branches.
• Present to stakeholders and senior management as required.
• Achieve sales growth and profitability across the division.
• Manage assets and inventory to support sales and market share goals.
• Develop employees to build a motivated, long-term workforce.
• Establish manager targets and evaluate performance using KPIs.
