Job summary

Pasta Pantry is seeking a Vice President of Operations to run the business on a day-to-day basis and drive growth across the Edmonton region. You will report to ownership and hold full responsibility for operations, people, and financial results.

This is a hands-on leadership role on the floor and in the kitchen, with strategic input and autonomy to shape the company’s future. You’ll balance bold growth with disciplined operations and guests’ experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership in restaurants, hospitality, or food service with a proven track record.
• Experience owning the P&L of a multimillion-dollar operation.
• Hands-on experience in a scratch or production-heavy kitchen (fresh pasta/sauce production).
• Deep knowledge of Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience building and leading multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, catering, market, and production.
• Set and maintain operating standards, systems, and scalable structures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and weekly P&L reviews; manage revenue and margins.
• Build and develop the management team; coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive growth through new locations, expanded catering, and revenue opportunities across Edmonton region.
