Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling a global Talent organization. You will shape strategy, translate priorities into action, and lead projects with deep talent expertise, spanning GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Programs.

You will embed with teams to accelerate progress, own strategic initiatives sponsored by senior leadership, and drive effective collaboration across Talent and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Deep talent expertise and experience navigating hypergrowth across regions/time zones.
• Ability to shape strategy and deliver work with minimal oversight.
• Led teams or initiatives with clear accountability for results.
• Delivered high-visibility projects with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Turn Talent strategy into execution with clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
• Embed with teams to provide leadership, accelerate progress, or support change.
• Lead strategic initiatives from idea to outcome, including new sourcing experiments and campaigns.
• Improve cross-team coordination and turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of working.
