Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and adaptable Chief of Staff to support the Founder & CEO. This role is central to scaling our operations, streamlining decision-making processes, and translating strategic goals into actionable plans. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, managing priorities, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.
• CEO Support & Delegation: Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, handling communications, follow-ups, and strategic priorities to maximize impact.
• Internal Operations: Design and optimize internal processes, project workflows, and tracking systems (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, CRMs).
• Stakeholder Management: Manage key relationships, coordinate investor updates, and support business development efforts.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate hiring processes, onboard new team members, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Research & Decision Support: Conduct market and investment research, synthesize data into executive briefs and recommendations.
• Brand & Presence Management: Collaborate with external marketing and communications teams to ensure a consistent digital and professional presence for the CEO (e.g., LinkedIn strategy).
• Calendar, Email & Travel Management: Manage day-to-day logistics including meetings, calls, inboxes, and travel planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or Executive Support role (startups, VC/PE, or tech environments a plus)
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and prioritization abilities
• Proficiency in productivity and CRM tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
