  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement the financial strategy to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, providing data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making.
  • Operational Finance & Cost Optimization: Enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and financial transparency.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Mergers, Acquisitions & Investment Strategy: Lead all aspects of M&A strategy and execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, integration planning, and post-merger financial optimization.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Serve as a key liaison for external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and board members.
  • Financial Transformation: The company is at a critical stage of optimizing its financial structure to enhance margins and streamline operations. The EVP of Finance will lead process improvements and technology integrations to drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, cost control, FP&A, and corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting best
  • practices.
  • Experience leading finance teams across AP, AR, billing, and general accounting
  • functions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience in M&A, including deal structuring, financial due diligence,
  • and integration strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and
  • Prior experience in a mid-sized, complex organization that requires hands-on
  • financial leadership and scalability expertise.
