Job summary

OffSeq is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to steer strategy, growth and operations across the Baltics and EU. You will build a scalable commercial organization while maintaining the company’s technical credibility and offensive-security focus.

You will lead strategy, sales, marketing and partnerships, recruit and mentor the team, manage executive relationships, and guide fundraising and cash runway decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility, ideally in cybersecurity, B2B tech or professional services.
• Track record of revenue growth and scaling teams in Baltic or EU markets.
• Strong commercial judgment across sales, marketing and partnerships.
• Ability to understand technical aspects to credibly lead a cybersecurity company.

What you’ll do

What you bring

• Proven leadership experience as a CEO, founder, general manager or commercial executive with P&L responsibility, preferably in cybersecurity, B2B technology or professional services.
• A track record of growing revenue and teams in Baltic or EU markets.
• Strong commercial judgment across sales, marketing and partnerships.
• Sufficient technical understanding to lead a cybersecurity company credibly and work effectively with the technical team.
• Excellent English communication skills; Latvian and other Baltic languages are a significant advantage.
