Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Chef Manager to lead food service operations. You'll participate in all phases of food preparation, menu planning, and development while directly managing associates and ensuring client satisfaction.

You should have two years of culinary experience with strong supervisory skills, knowledge of controlling food and labour costs, and excellent French communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience with supervisory leadership.
• Ability to manage food and labour costs.
• French language communication is required.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel or similar Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of food preparation, menu planning, and development.
• Directly manage associates.
• Ensure Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program compliance, including WHMIS.
• Ensure HACCP standards are followed in food preparation.
