Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary operations in our food service environment. You will participate in all phases of food preparation, build positive client relationships, and directly manage associates to ensure high standards.

You will enforce Compass QA and OHSA/WHMIS compliance, and uphold HACCP standards in the daily kitchen workflow, collaborating with teams to deliver consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience.
• Ability to apply trendy food items and presentations to food service operations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new programs.
• Ability to work independently.
