Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA in Hudson, QC is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary operations, participate in menu planning, and ensure high-quality food service. You will supervise associates, manage costs, and maintain strict QA, OHSA, WHMIS, and HACCP compliance.

You will need 2+ years of culinary experience, strong leadership, French communication, and proficiency with MS Office; independence and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience and strong supervisory skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial management including controlling food and labour costs.
• Creative ability to apply current trendy food items and presentations to food service operations.
• Hard-working, hands-on team player.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in French.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and ability to learn new programs.
• The ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
