Silvertip Resort in Canmore, AB seeks a Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional dining experiences within a world-class resort setting. You will contribute to menu execution, maintain high hygiene standards, and support the kitchen team across shifts in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment.

The role requires culinary training, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, cost controls, and teamwork within a dynamic hotel and golf resort context.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline is an asset.
• Advanced Food Safe Certification required or asset.
• Kitchen experience required; fine dining experience an asset.
• First Aid Certificate is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Sanitize dishes, equipment, and small wares; follow sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper storage/transport of dishes, equipment, and wares.
• Assist with prep tasks and banquet/service breakdowns.
• Receive and store deliveries; adhere to portion controls and food cost targets.
