Salary Range: $74,500 - $111,700 CAD

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex, high-risk claims, often taking over a year to resolve.
  • Meet clients or witnesses in the field to obtain statements and negotiate claims.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure a legendary customer experience.
  • Manage claims costs and identify potential fraud.
  • Work with vendors to maintain service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • HAAG certification or equivalent is an asset.
