Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Available full-time or part-time.
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable engaging people face-to-face.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Representing and running face-to-face fundraising campaigns on behalf of impactful charities.
• Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects.
• Building relationships with members of the public and driving donor acquisition results.
• Learning objection handling and fundraising techniques through hands-on mentorship.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM | Part-time | Minimum of 3 weekdays availability required to be eligible

Average Compensation: $600-$2,000/week (base salary + performance bonuses + daily cash incentives)

What You'll Be Doing

Representing and running face-to-face fundraising campaigns on behalf of impactful charities including CNIB, Sick Kids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, and more

Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects

Building relationships with members of the public and driving donor acquisition results

Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and fundraising techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship
