What You'll Be Doing

You will own the chargeback dispute process end to end, from initial inquiry through to full resolution.

You will gather claim evidence across multiple portals, analyze transactional data to identify root causes, and represent cases to protect revenue for both our partners and Plusgrade.

AI handles the first pass on variance analysis and narrative drafting, so your focus stays on the judgment calls and complex discrepancies that actually need your attention.

You will work directly with partners and internal teams to explain the dispute cycle clearly, turn chargeback trends into actionable insights, and refine operational automations.

What You Bring

You have a proven track record in chargeback dispute resolution and know how to gather evidence from multiple sources to tell a clear, persuasive story.

You bring advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and can query transactional data using SQL to surface actionable patterns.

When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've replaced recurring manual work with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment before it goes anywhere.

You operate with exceptional attention to detail under tight time constraints, using data to troubleshoot chargeback losses and implement long-term fixes.

You are an adaptable learner who enjoys sharing knowledge, breaking down complex dispute cycles for external partners and internal stakeholders alike.
