Job summary

Irving Consumer Products is seeking a results‑driven professional to lead strategic account planning and execution for assigned customers in Canada. You will drive sales, optimize gross profit, and manage net revenue while coordinating cross‑functional efforts with field sales, brokers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing customers or category analytics is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in bilingual English and French is an asset.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as ICP's main contact for assigned customer(s) and drive sales and GP targets.
• Lead the strategic account plan development for assigned customers.
• Coordinate retail execution with field sales and broker partners; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Develop and manage customer relationships across leadership levels; expand network and influence.
