Job summary

CooperVision Canada is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive development, socialization, and execution of insights and strategies to grow CVI revenue with key accounts in partnership with Corporate Accounts and the broader commercial team.

You will partner to create account-specific plans engaging customers and to develop launch plans for new products, while aligning with Sales, Brand, and Professional Affairs for measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum five years in Marketing/Sales Management or Customer Marketing.
• Experience in the vision care category or a similar B2B2C environment.
• Bilingual English/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual account planning with Corporate Accounts and Sales to align CVI strategies for key accounts.
• Develop customer marketing plans with Marketing for merchandising and promotions.
• Create patient-facing and customer programs during key drive periods.
• Develop launch plans for new product/services in collaboration with Brand teams.
• Monitor customer investments and performance to optimize ROI across brands.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement customer marketing plans with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.
