Job summary

The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead the organization's change management function and ensure the successful planning, execution, and sustainment of change initiatives.

In partnership with business leaders, this role delivers outcomes that enable business success and enhanced performance, guiding leaders and project teams in developing, implementing, and evaluating change strategies and plans.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum seven years' experience leading organizational change with at least two years of managing direct reports.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and human-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Owns and oversees the change management framework, standards, and reporting.
• Provides strategic leadership for enterprise and project-specific change management activities.
• Leads, mentors, and develops the change management team.
