Job summary

Natural Factors Inc. is seeking a Change Management Advisor to drive adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working across the organization.

You will partner with Learning & Development, Communications, Digital Transformation teams, and business leaders to support readiness, engagement, learning reinforcement, and adoption activities for successful transformation. The role is Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week), with in-office work and hybrid options after probation in Coquitlam,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, learning & development, project management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, transformation initiatives, or organizational change programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, translating complex information into people-focused messages.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP, or similar frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Translate findings into practical change strategies, heat maps, and adoption activities.
• Partner with Learning & Development and Communications to create learning and engagement plans.
• Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, build stakeholder relationships, and support leaders throughout the change journey.
