Berezan Hospitality Group is hiring a part-time Slot Attendant for the Chances Castlegar Team. You will provide front-line customer service, assist with game orientation, and help deliver a memorable gaming experience for guests in Castlegar.

The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, with duties including promoting events, processing wins, validating tickets, and addressing guest needs while maintaining game integrity.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required.

• Must be 19+.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service for guests at the gaming venue.

We are currently hiring a part-time Slot Attendant to join our Chances Castlegar Team. Must have availability for evenings and weekends.

In this position you will be providing front-line customer service by answering questions, assisting with orientation of games and working to create a positive and memorable gaming experience for all of our guests.

What you will be doing

• Communicating weekly and monthly promotions and events to customers.
• Accepting and paying verified wins.
• Validating TITO tickets from slot machines.
• Issuing slot and lotto jackpots and cancelled credits.
• Proactively delivering amazing service by addressing guest needs and any machine problems.
• Clearing bill and ticket jams and checking game and voucher histories to maintain game integrity.

What you will bring

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Serving It Right certificate and a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
• Must be 19+
