• Solve problems and work as part of a team focused on machine reliability and breakdown prevention.
• Be available to work day, afternoon, graveyard or weekend shifts as required.

RED SEAL CERTIFIED MILLWRIGHT, Elk Lake, ON

Interfor is seeking reliable and collaborative team players to join our Elk Lake, Ontario Division as a Red Seal Certified Millwright.

The rate for this position is $44.16 per hour.

Employees in this role have the opportunity to earn overtime pay depending on business needs and shift schedules. Historically, trades employees at this location earned overtime pay for approximately 600 hours per year on average.

Sawmill Maintenance Shifts

Week 1 Days Friday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (all hours on Sunday paid at OT)
Week 2 Mon to Thurs 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Nights Mon to Thurs 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Planer Maintenance Shifts

Week 1 Days Friday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (all hours on Sunday paid at OT)
Week 2 Days Mon to Thurs 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Nights Mon to Thurs 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
