AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking an Executive Communications and Strategic Counsel to partner with the President & CEO, shaping top‑level messaging and engaging employees across the organization.

You will translate strategy into compelling narratives, support leadership engagement and prepare executives for key engagements. The role requires a bilingual communicator with 7+ years in executive communications, outstanding writing, and strong stakeholder management in a fast‑paced, dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, literature, or related field.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in executive, corporate or internal communications.
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic communications counsel to senior leaders.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with adaptable tone.
• Excellent organizational skills for multi-priority environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Member of Canadian or Global Leadership Team; collaboration with leaders outside Québec.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the President & CEO on messaging and engagement.
• Develop and execute executive communications aligned with corporate strategy.
• Advise on complex communications matters and build cross‑org relationships.
• Lead content development for speeches, emails, and videos.
• Prepare executives for engagements with briefings and Q&A development.
• Lead strategy for town halls, leadership forums and internal events.
