Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a seasoned communications leader to drive the communications strategy for the Group Head (Canadian Personal & Small Business Bank). You will articulate a compelling voice, inspire colleagues, manage multiple priorities, and navigate a large corporate environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor, shape narratives, partner with executives, and lead content planning for events and external thought leadership, including LinkedIn strategy.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in communications or related field.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and executive offices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted communications advisor and strategic sounding board for Group Head communications.
• Shape narratives, refine messaging and guide content, tone and stakeholder impact.
• Partner with colleagues and business partners to inform Group Head messages and engagements.
• Support delivery of internal events with communications planning, content and messaging.
• Oversee external thought leadership and LinkedIn content strategy.
