Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Advisor to support the President & CEO. You will develop strategic messaging, advise on engagement, and lead communications aligned with business priorities.

You will create executive content, coordinate leadership events and prepare leaders for key engagements, while collaborating across regions to strengthen leadership engagement and drive strategy across Canada.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in executive, corporate or internal communications.
• Strategic counsel to senior leaders.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the President & CEO on messaging and employee engagement.
• Develop and execute executive communications strategies and plans.
• Advise on complex communications matters and align messaging across the organization.
• Lead content development for speeches, emails, and video scripts.
• Prepare executives for key engagements with briefings and Q&A development.
