Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, seeks a Corporate Communications & Partnerships Specialist to drive integrated marketing, communications, and partnership initiatives that grow engagement and visibility across the national network.

The role bridges Marketing & Communications with Business Development, delivering campaigns, sponsorship activation, and data-driven insights to support education, membership, and advocacy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, communications, or partnerships.
• Experience in associations or not-for-profit is a plus.
• Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns for national initiatives including membership recruitment and renewal, professional education, advocacy, conferences, designation programs, and Financial Literacy Month.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to support membership, education, events, designation programs, sponsorships, and partner initiatives.
• Assist with campaign plans, timelines, messaging frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Support promotional efforts for conferences, webinars, designation programs, and member initiatives.
• Develop content for digital platforms, websites, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
