Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Centralized Operations Reservations (CORE) Agent. You will be the first and last impression of the hotel, handling calls, selling services, and coordinating reservations across rooms, spa, dining and room service.

The role requires excellent communication, strong problem solving, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Smart Serve certification and hospitality education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell hotel services and provide information to prospective guests.
• Capture sales from incoming calls and coordinate reservations for rooms, spa, dining and services.
• Assist callers and respond to emergencies by connecting the appropriate team members.
