Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Third Class Power (Operating) Eng certificate required.
• 2–3 years of operating exp in a central utilities plant or similar setting.
• Experience with gas/oil-fired boilers and centrifugal chillers.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, reliable operation of the Central Utilities Plant.
• Respond to alarms, perform inspections and routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety procedures, and policies.
• Record keeping and shift reports; support shutdowns/maintenance.
• Collaborate with staff, contractors and departments for reliable plant ops.
