The role emphasizes helping organizations modernize payroll operations with ADP technology in a client-facing capacity. The candidate should have hands-on payroll experience, knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, and a PCP or CCP designation, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• PCP or CCP designation through the National Payroll Institute.
• 3+ years of experience with payroll technology, payroll software, HCM, HRIS, or workforce management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering client presentations, demonstrations, or consultative solution discussions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to present Payroll and HCM solutions to prospective clients.
• Lead discovery discussions to understand payroll, compliance, and workforce management requirements.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Translate payroll and business requirements into technology solutions.
• Serve as a trusted payroll subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay current on payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
