Job summary

You will bake cookies, muffins, scones, cakes and other items, ensuring quality and food safety standards while supporting on-site production. Qualifications

• 1 year minimum baking experience.
• Experience with muffins, cookies, cakes and pastries.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work 2pm–10pm shifts, including some weekends.
• Kitchen safety and cleanliness focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate clearly with Chef and team.
• Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
• Support event kitchen operations and cleanup.
• Contribute to a clean and professional work environment.
