Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock the bar with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintain and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders; mix and garnish drinks.
• Check guests' IDs.
• Detect and respond to guest intoxication; know liquor laws.
• Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Secure beverages, food, equipment, and cash.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
