Heritage Co-op invites applications for a Pharmacy Assistant (Casual) at our Brandon, MB location. You will support pharmacists, technicians, and the pharmacy team, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

The role involves prescription processing, inventory management, merchandising, and administrative duties in a busy retail pharmacy environment. Strong data entry and computer skills are essential. Casual/part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Assistant Certificate or related post-secondary education is considered an asset.
• 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Experience handling confidential information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with general pharmacy inquiries.
• Assist with prescription processing and data entry under supervision of Pharmacist.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock, and merchandising according to standards.
• Process customer transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Follow pharmacy regulations and maintain confidentiality and safety.
