Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant for the Powerview-Pine Falls, Manitoba store. You will support pharmacists, greet customers, and assist with entering and labeling prescriptions to ensure accurate dispensing.

The role includes handling daily clerical tasks, inventory, and maintaining a clean work area. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet store needs; prior retail pharmacy experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a retail pharmacy is preferred.
• Skilled in using Kroll and accurate prescription data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high-quality patient care.
• Greet customers and answer phone calls professionally.
• Assist with entering, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under supervision.
• Count, measure, and package medications accurately per protocols.
• Receive and stock medication and supply shipments; monitor inventory.
