Hydra Med Spa & Wellness is seeking a Casual / Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our boutique clinic in Abbotsford. The role emphasizes creating an elevated client experience through warm, professional service at the front desk.

Prior JaneApp experience is required, with availability on Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons (Saturday half-days optional). Experience in a medical/wellness setting is preferred and a personable, organized, multitasking mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Hydra is a boutiquemedical aesthetics, wellness, and IV therapy clinic, and our front desk plays an important role in creating an exceptional client experience.

We’re Looking For:

• Previous JaneApp experience — mandatory
• Availability forThursday evenings and Friday afternoons; optional half-day Saturdays
• Previous medical clinic, wellness, or med-spa experience preferred
• Warm, professional, and personable communication style
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
