FACULTY OF HEALTH
The Advanced Foot Care (AFC) Post-Diploma Certificate Program provides nurses with theoretical knowledge and skills assessment related to foot care protocols and procedures, records management, and business fundamentals. This is an Hourly Casual Instructor that plays a key role in supporting learners throughout their educational journey by providing remote guidance during asynchronous coursework and delivering in-person instruction and supervision during labs and clinical placements.
As part of the Faculty of Health, the AFC, Instructor promotes teaching excellence, learner success, and evidence-informed practice while supporting NorQuest's commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigenization. This role works closely with students, clinical partners, and fellow faculty members to ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required for advanced foot care practice.

Compensation: This is an hourly casual role, and the pay rate is determined based upon qualifications met. An additional 11.2% is paid in lieu of benefits and vacation. This role falls under the NorQuest College Faculty Association. Please reference the NorQuest College Collective Agreement AppendixA to better understand how pay is determined.
