As a NorQuest Instructor, you will facilitate learning in a variety of modalities using technology to create engaging learner experiences. Instructors help learners acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to succeed in their chosen careers. You will bring strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for providing instruction and feedback that enables students to apply their learning in a safe, inclusive environment.

Reporting to the Program Chair, the ITA Instructor will work alongside like-minded individuals dedicated to helping our learners acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for future practice in rehabilitation. Compensation: THRP2101 is a 3-credit course that is compensated at a course casual rate per credit. An additional 11.2% is paid in lieu of benefits and vacation. This role falls under the NorQuest College Faculty Association.
