• Early Childhood Education – Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum supporting child development.
• Maintain a safe and well-organized environment for children.
• Assess children's needs and discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and families.
• Attend necessary staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
