Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Wolfedale, ON is seeking casual/supply staff to support daily activities in our early childhood classroom. Join a welcoming team and contribute to a safe, engaging environment for children.

You will assist with instruction, help organize materials, attend staff meetings, and collaborate with families. A high school diploma and ECE credentials are required along with first aid and immunizations.

Qualifications

• High School/Equivalent required.
• Early Childhood Assistant Certification or Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE).
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.
• Experience in planning and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with instruction in the classroom.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
